A special mention goes to Cyrus, who made our time at the outdoor pool truly enjoyable with his hard work and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay experience.

The room service was disappointingly slow, taking up to 40 minutes for a simple request. being placed on a smoking floor despite requesting a non-smoking room was a negative experience.
