The staff, including Manager Saied, front desk employees Salah, Dave, Chand, and Hamza. A special mention goes to Cyrus, who made our time at the outdoor pool truly enjoyable with his hard work and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay experience.

The room service was disappointingly slow, taking up to 40 minutes for a simple request. the ongoing construction nearby was a major downside, especially since it continued throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

My wife says that the pool area could benefit from more shaded areas for families with children.
